A Little About Me

Hi I'm Kara, welcome to my site! I'm so glad you are here!
I create online workouts for people looking to get in great shape without spending a lot of time. I know you are busy and I want to give you tools to simplify living a healthy lifestyle. I have a "whole-istic" approach when it comes to health, fitness and nutrition. I look at the big picture and my goal is to help others enjoy and appreciate themselves, their lives and just life in general so that health, fitness and gratitude become a part of their lifestyle rather than something they "should" be doing. Happiness is huge to me and it is so often that I see family/friends living unhappily and unhealthy without even realizing it! I am so passionate about making others feel better!
While I am a Pilates Instructor, I also love strength training, functional movements, kettlebell training and yoga. The workouts I create are all based on efficient movements while short in duration, so that you spend your time wisely, working out smarter and not wasting your time.
I also coach an incredible online group where we focus on creating harmony in all aspects of our lives and focus on what we did do each day rather than what we didn't. It's a wonderful, supportive online community...like a daily lending hand or pat on the back!
When I'm not spreading some Pilates love, I am showering my love to my husband, 2 year old son and a little one on the way! While I do practice being present throughout my day, I definitely don't have it all figured out! I use my experiences to try and help others.
My goal is to live a full and healthy life in order to have energy to keep up with my children, be around for a long time and to set a good example.
