As a New Englander, I should probably hate winter….but I don’t. I actually love that we have 4 different seasons. Yes, the winter is long and cold and we had soooooo much snow this year, but I think it will make this spring that much sweeter.
One thing I love about the spring is it feels like a fresh start. Even though we just had a fresh start January 1st, I feel like in the spring, we come out from hibernating, we dust off and welcome the fresh air, sunshine and all that blooms!
Speaking of dusting, we all know it’s a great time for spring cleaning. Which is not something I love. At all. I love the idea of it- but I definitely don’t like doing it. So I’m going to push that aside for the moment and take on a different kind of spring cleaning with a new 4 week online challenge!
I am so excited to tell you about my Spring Clean, Get Lean Challenge- A Divine Cleanse for your Body, Mind & Soul. I have hosted a few challenges in the past, but this one I am most excited for! Let me tell you why. In the last year and half, I have learned so many things about myself, it’s been totally eye-opening. From taking care of my body with short, effective workouts and fueling my body with really nutritious foods to learning about my mindset and how I view things, make excuses and let things stress me out….all of this really crazy, but really interesting stuff made a huge difference in my life. And I want to share it with you.
This challenge is about doing a little physical and emotional spring cleaning. Dusting things off and making things a little better than before.
This challenge isn’t just about working out or following a meal plan. It’s about figuring out what will work for YOU. Once you learn that, it becomes easier to stick to habits and everything doesn’t seems to easily flow. Along with that, we are going to do some really great Pilates workouts, along with some bonus workouts to whip you in to shape for the summer!
You can read more about this challenge and register for it by clicking on the picture to the right of this post. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me, I’d love to hear from you! Good luck with your spring cleaning!!
